Russian Probe Reveals Trump Ignored Calls For Aid From Nigerian Prince

Nigerian Prince sits on his reclaimed throne.

WASHINGTON DC — The latest batch of emails from the Russian probe shows that as President of the United States, Donald Trump blatantly disregarded an urgent request for aid from a foreign leader.

In the email, Prince Odunlade Achebe of Nigeria addressed Trump as a “GREAT, KIND-HARDED, AND DEPINDABLE PRESIDENT” and requested help in organizing a much-needed transfer of funds from his country to a US bank account. The email was deleted mere seconds after being opened, according to server logs.

Congressional leaders heavily criticized Trump for what many are saying was a “foreign relations disaster of epic proportions.” Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said “The President of the United States is the leader of the free world. If we behave in that manner, with such blatant disrespect for the leaders and dignitaries of other countries, I fear it weakens our acclaim and goodwill among our international allies.”

When contacted by email for a comment on Trump’s handling of the situation, Prince Achebe said “25% OF THE FUNDS WILL BE FOR YOU, 75% FOR MYSELF. PLEASE ACT QUICKLY FOR PROVISIONS. I WILL BE EXILED SOON.” Adding, “SEND YOUR BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER QUICKLY.”

The Trump Administration has yet to respond to the latest foreign relations miscue.
