ATLANTA — According to a recent study you should reconsider following the newest trend of wearing Velcro shoes into work. Researchers at the Millennial Snowflake Research Center (MSRC) have proven that Velcro shoes may in fact be hurting your credibility.

For one week MSRC sent volunteer subjects into work sporting the comfortable shoes that flourished in the 90s and remain in style for children. All reported that they were laughed at by their colleagues and many of the subjects who were up for promotions reported that the promotion did not happen and in the worst of cases, they were actually demoted.
