Kyrie Irving Says If Earth Were Round Ball Wouldn’t Bounce Straight Back Up

Kyrie Irving explains why the earth is flat.

The Celtics superstar and famous flat-earth theorist Kyrie Irving chose to expound on his belief completely unprompted after the Celtics walloped the Atlanta Hawks.

“If the earth were round, the ball wouldn’t bounce straight back up,” says Irving. “Can you imagine trying to dribble like that? The ball would constantly be going all over the place every time it hit the rounded surface of Earth. It’s a conspiracy, man. It doesn’t add up. I don’t know why the New World Order isn’t telling the truth. That’s the only part I haven’t figured out yet.”

Earlier this month, Irving told reporters that he had “done his research” and that no “authenticated pictures of a round Earth exist.” As the old expression goes, that’s his story and he’s sticking to it.
