I am a current graduate student at the University of South Carolina, obtaining my doctorate in English. I first developed the idea to begin political blogging when I noticed just how much my opinions tend to anger the general population. I wholeheartedly believe that acerbic wit serves as the best medium for conveying ideas, because only through it can one force one’s listener out of a state of complacency. Simply put, if at least one of my writings has not brought you to a state of complete and utter frustration and contempt for my very existence, then I have failed.
